How do travel fees work

For weddings or engagement sessions within a 50km radius from Lisbon, Portugal there are no travel fees. When outside Lisbon, travel fees are calculated after meeting with the couple.

For events outside Portugal: Every location has its own specific demands and costs, but this doesn't mean it’s complicated to book me for a wedding outside the country. It’s actually pretty simple. After we have a video call where I get to know all your needs for the event, I calculate the average travel cost, hotel, car/transportation fees and add this amount to your chosen pack. Sometimes couples already have extra rooms available at the venue/hotel and this amount can be cut from the fees. Usually I’ll book my own flights and hotel.

Should we do a day before/after SESSION?

Absolutely yes! This way we can take the time to choose a beautiful location that is meaningful to you and make those amazing couple photos,or gather some friends and go for a boat ride, a welcome dinner, you name it!

It's also common to feel somewhat uncomfortable in front of the cameras at first and this session is ideal for those situations! Not only is it a great way for the couple to get used to being in the spotlight, the couple will benefit from a wider variety of images that will make your wedding images unforgettable.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Films: Are delivered in HD format. Easy to use and avoids compatibility hassles. The work is delivered in a link to download and will also be available in a closed page in my website to stream for a limited amount of time. You’ll be able to share it with all your family and friends!

Photos: Are delivered in a beautiful online gallery, where you can share, select your favourite ones and even hide the most private. You’ll be able to order prints directly to your home. This gallery will be available online for 3 months.

WHEN SHOULD WE EXPECT DELIVERY?

Both technical and creative processes take an average 3 months to complete, it can be less or a bit more depending on complexity, camera coverage and amount of services.

DO WE NEED A second shooter

Although it is not strictly necessary, on some specific occasions, we highly recommend it. Great for long guest lists, a more detailed coverage, or if you also want to add the Super 8 video or film photography, I would say it’s a must to have!

WHAT IS the DOCUMENTARY VERSION?

This one is specific for video: Ideal for those who don't want to miss a thing! This is a longer, more complete and “raw format”, without background music or editing and with all usable images of your wedding day. I’ll export all of this in a compressed format so you can easily see it.

Do you document WEDDINGS outside portugal?

Portugal has amazing landscapes and outstanding venues with great service that I’m sure you would fall in love with in a heartbeat. Within a couple of hours driving, you can go from the city centre to a beautiful beach, cliffs or rocky mountains or go all in and have it in a majestic palace.

Documenting weddings abroad is without doubt one of my biggest passions. Is always a time where I meet new people and learn about different cultures and this makes me feel super inspired to create something unique.

I’ve done weddings all around the globe: Morocco, Peru, Mexico, USA, Spain, Italy and Uk are just some of the destinations I was fortunate enough to work and explore.
